Located in and around Camp Manitou-Lin in Middleville, Michigan, The Dirty Mitten triathlon consists of a calm lake swim, gravel bike ride, and a trail run in both Sprint and Olympic distances along with Duathlon, Aquabike, and Relay options.

The Dirty Mitten is based out of Camp Manitou-Lin, in Middleville, Michigan, 30 miles south of Grand Rapids. The race begins with a swim in Barlow Lake followed by a bike ride on the gravel roads of Barry County. Finally, challenge yourself with a wooded run on the trails of Camp Manitou-Lin.
